The sun is coming up earlier. There is a little humidity in the air. And we’ve already entered June. This all means… Champ Camp is just around the corner! I am back and excited to move with you!

The program will run for 2 weeks from June 15 through June 26. While all sessions will be from 6:00 - 7:00 AM, we’ll alternate locations based on the day of the week:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday // We’ll meet at Armatage Park

• Tuesday, Thursday // We’ll meet at the gym

• Saturday, Sunday // Rest days
